The Letter of Intent
Terms & Conditions
This letter of intent (LOI) is made between:
• Königstein Luxury Garages, a sole proprietorship established in the Netherlands, hereinafter referred to as ‘Königstein’;
• and the undersigned submitter, hereinafter referred to as ‘the interested party’.
This LOI sets out the intention of ‘the interested party’ to express non-binding interest in being included in the pre-order list for a Königstein garage.
1. Purpose
The purpose of this LOI is to record ‘the interested party’s’ intent to explore the potential acquisition of a Königstein garage, subject to final product specification, pricing, and formal agreement at a future stage. By confirming interest this LOI contributes to ‘Königstein’s’ efforts to secure the resources and funding needed to bring the Halo to market.
2. Key terms
Non-binding nature: This LOI does not constitute a contract or obligation to purchase. It is a statement of interest only.
No deposit required: No financial payment or reservation fee is due or part of submitting the LOI.
Confidentiality, privacy & data use: ‘Königstein’ commits to treat the identity and interest of ‘the interested party’ with discretion and confidentiality. Data will only be used in relation to this letter of intend. We do not share information with third parties and act in compliance with GDPR regulations.
Eligibility for pre-order privileges: Signing this LOI grants ‘the Interested Party’ early access to pre-order privileges, including:
First opportunity to reserve a build slot once pre-orders officially open.
Priority access to configuration sessions and prototype updates.
Invitations to private showcase events and previews.
Withdrawal: ‘The interested party’ may withdraw this expression of interest at any time with written notice. No justification is required.
Liability disclaimer: ‘Königstein’ shall not be liable for any form of compensation should the Königstein garage not proceed to market. Furthermore, while pre-order privileges are offered in good faith, Königstein makes no binding guarantees regarding their availability, timing or execution.
3. Governing Law
This LOI is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of The Netherlands and applicable EU legislation. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Rotterdam, the Netherlands.
4. Duration
This LOI remains valid for a period of 24 months from the date of signature unless renewed or superseded by a formal agreement of Purchase by ‘the interested party’.
